・開催3日前以降のキャンセルは返金不可となります。
・オーディション料および登録料は、いかなる場合も返金できません。
・主催者都合によるイベント中止の場合は、全額返金いたします。

■ 不良品について
デジタルコンテンツおよびサービスの性質上、不良品の概念は適用されませんが、内容に不備があった場合には適切に対応いたします。

Events, masterclasses, competitions, and online lessons will be provided at the designated time and venue or online platform.

■ Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.
- Audition and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If an event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.

■ Defective Products
Due to the nature of digital content and services, the concept of “defective product” does not apply. However, if there is a problem with the content, we will handle it appropriately.
