Vaganova Ballet Academy Summer School

Long-Term Study Abroad Audition
Participation in any of our programs requires a preliminary audition for acceptance and placement in the appropriate level/group.
Students who participated in JVBA programs in 2024/2025 don't need to pass an audition.
WHAT SHOULD THE AUDITION INCLUDE?

We follow the Vaganova Ballet Method, so the audition typically includes the following ballet elements:
IS THERE ANY AUDITION DEADLINES?
There are no strict deadlines, but please keep in mind that obtaining a visa and making other preparations takes time. For these reasons we strongly recommend the audition as soon as possible,but no later than 31th May 2025.
YOU CAN CHOOSE ANY CONVENIENT AUDITION METHOD:

- Classical dance (Barre or center adagio, small jump, middle jump)
- Point shoes ( Releves, echappes, pirouette)
